In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of experiential and influencer-driven events, overseeing strategy, creative development, production, and seamless onsite execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to craft culturally relevant, social-first activations that elevate brand presence and engagement. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, event logistics, and operational workflows from concept to completion. Your expertise will help drive innovative ideas that align with brand objectives while delivering exceptional attendee experiences. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end event production, including concepting, budgeting, vendor sourcing, contracting, risk management, and onsite execution.
  • Translate client objectives into innovative, influencer-forward experiential concepts designed for social amplification.
  • Manage mid- to large-scale event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure financial accuracy throughout all stages.
  • Oversee schedules, run-of-show documents, staff coordination, and pre/post-event workflows.
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer talent, account management, and strategy teams to align event concepts with broader brand goals.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates, recommendations, and solutions throughout the production cycle.
  • Source and manage venues, fabrication partners, AV teams, staffing, transportation, catering, and experiential technology vendors.
  • Ensure all events meet safety, compliance, permit, and insurance requirements.
  • Direct onsite operations with strong leadership and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Deliver post-event recaps, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in events or experiential production, ideally within agencies, experiential marketing, entertainment, or the influencer/creator ecosystem.
  • Proven team leadership experience and ability to manage production teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated success producing influencer-driven activations, launch events, pop-ups, festivals, or large-scale experiential projects.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social content workflows, and creator needs at live events.
  • Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor production environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.
  • Ability to travel for site visits, vendor meetings, and event execution as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative environment.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
