We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design, video editing, and visual content creation.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and web traffic.
  • Monitor social listening tools and analyze web analytics (Google Analytics, Web analytics) to track campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and branding to implement innovative tactics.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Oversee reputation management by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro for graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of social listening platforms for market research and audience insights.
  • Expertise in social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling through photography and video production.
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong public relations skills to manage brand reputation effectively.
  • Familiarity with branding principles and digital marketing best practices in e-commerce environments.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills ensuring all content aligns with brand voice standards.
  • Relationship management capabilities to build strong online communities and influencer partnerships. This role requires a highly motivated individual passionate about digital marketing trends who can bring creative ideas to life while maintaining strategic focus on brand growth through social media channels.

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
