Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our 360 Marketing team. This is an exciting contract opportunity to provide critical operational support from January 12, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
As a key member of our NA Marketing team, you will be instrumental in executing high-impact, integrated campaigns, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and managing essential day-to-day marketing operations to drive brand success in the luxury beauty space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a luxury beauty or CPG environment and a strong passion for advancing within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Administrative Management
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring the team marketing calendar is meticulously organized and up-to-date.
- Proactively offer administrative support on key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support critical financial processes, including New Product Launch (NPL) and collateral forecasting, and manage all Purchase Order (PO) submissions.
- Provide logistical and organizational support for national events, ensuring flawless execution and operational excellence.
2. Promotional Offers and Sampling Ownership
- Own the sample and Gift with Purchase (GWP) forecasting process for new product launches and core promotional moments.
- Field and coordinate ad hoc sampling requests for national events and specialized programs.
- Maintain the sample and GWP tracker, managing critical details such as quantities, ship dates, on-counter dates, and item costs.
- Track and update the monthly budget to accurately actualize and reconcile incurred sampling and shipment costs.
3. Vendor & External Partner Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure all marketing materials, assets, and production deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest Jo Malone quality standards.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Work closely with the Director to manage campaign timelines, allocated budgets, and key performance metrics.
5. Event Planning & Logistics
- Assist in the organization and execution of brand events, product launches, influencer collaborations, and other marketing activations.
- Ensure all event materials (products, collateral, props, etc.) are delivered on time and align with the brand’s luxury standards.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between departments, working closely with key cross-functional teams (PR, Creative, Online, Commercial) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution across all touchpoints and channels.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience within a luxury beauty or CPG brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint (PPT) and advanced Excel (XLS) skills.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
