Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Operations Manager) is the engine that keeps all of Tuff Jug’s marketing efforts aligned, optimized, and on schedule. You will manage marketing vendors, oversee content and UGC production, improve processes, support CRO initiatives, coordinate Shopify updates, and ensure our campaigns and product launches fire on all cylinders.This is  not  an entry-level role.

You are the operational backbone of our marketing function—bringing clarity, organization, and leadership to the entire department.

This position will report to work daily in Nampa, Idaho. This is not a hybrid or remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Project Leadership

  • Build and manage the marketing operating system: calendars, workflows, timelines, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Translate leadership’s high-level strategy into clear tasks and coordinated execution across vendors, creators, and internal teams.
  • Lead weekly marketing syncs—set the agenda, run the meeting, assign owners, track deadlines.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to keep all marketing efforts on track.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all external marketing partners (paid media, CRO, SEO, email, content agencies, etc.).
  • Hold vendors accountable to deliverables, timelines, performance expectations, and communication standards.
  • Ensure vendors have the assets, briefs, and data needed to execute effectively.
  • Provide leadership with concise weekly summaries on vendor performance, issues, and opportunities.

Content, UGC & Brand Management

  • Oversee the full UGC creator program: sourcing, onboarding, briefs, negotiations, deliverables, and content quality.
  • Maintain a real content pipeline with deadlines, expectations, and usage tracking.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Tuff Jug’s brand standards, voice, and made-in-USA identity.
  • Manage product seeding, tracking shipments, and organizing incoming assets.

Shopify Website & CRO Execution

  • Monitor basic website metrics and report actionable insights to leadership.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and operations teams for product launches, inventory timing, promotions, and major sales events.
  • Build repeatable processes to simplify communication across departments.
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and sponsorship needs.

  • Owning the marketing calendar
  • Proactively identifying gaps before they become problems
  • Delivering organized, timely reporting
  • Keeping website updates and CRO tasks moving consistently
  • Ensuring content and UGC output is organized, high quality, and on time
  • Helping leadership operate at a higher level because you’ve taken the operational load off their plate

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years in marketing coordination, project management, e-commerce operations, or marketing ops.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, creators, and projects at once.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—top performer in follow-through and clarity.
  • Experience using Shopify for intermediate-level website updates.
  • Understanding of e-commerce fundamentals: conversion rates, AOV, landing page basics, content workflows.
  • Ability to take high-level vision and turn it into structured execution.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with CRO, UGC programs, or influencer coordination.
  • Familiarity with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, or dashboards.
  • Experience managing creative production (photo/video).
  • Background in fast-moving CPG, outdoor, motorsports, or hard-goods brands.
  • Comfort pushing vendors and partners to stay accountable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:  $72,000 - $105,000 DOE
