What You’ll Lead & Support Content + Social Media* Create and curate engaging social content that aligns with brand voice and platform best practices.

  • Support layout/design work, light video editing, and presentation creation.
  • Develop and promote customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Draft targeted outreach emails for media and industry publications.
  • Track editorial calendars and pitch relevant stories.

Case Studies + Events* Coordinate end-to-end case study production—from identifying customers to organizing recording logistics.

  • Support event planning and execution, including promo plans, social posts, email campaigns, press coordination.
  • Maintain visibility into industry events and media opportunities.

Outreach + Coordination* Support outreach to media, community leaders, influencers, and industry partners.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Organize weekly marketing activities and assist with general administrative tasks.

Reporting + Visibility* Monitor and track company reputation metrics.

  • Measure campaign activities and share clear updates with leadership.

What You Bring* 3+ years of marketing, communications, or social media experience.

  • Strong writing skills and comfort creating short-form, social, and multimedia content.
  • Experience managing social platforms, video editing, design tools, and event support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
