Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager Associate to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily social media operations using tools, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to audience inquiries promptly.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator ) or similar to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Oversee advertising campaigns by setting up ad groups, targeting audiences effectively, and optimizing ad performance.
- Engage in social listening to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for insights that shape marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding efforts, e-commerce integrations, and content creation for various digital channels.
- Proofread all marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community engagement and expand outreach efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in growing online communities.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social listening tools for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn or other social media platforms is preferred.
- Experience building, managing and maintaining workflows, email campaigns and blogging on Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading content before publication.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively while maintaining a creative approach to content creation.
