Fabrizia Spirits is a craft spirits company bringing the flavors of Southern Italy to America with our award-winning Limoncello, Pistachio, Blood Orange, and Crema di Almond liqueurs, plus ready-to-enjoy cocktails like the Fabrizia Italian Lemonade and Limoncello Spritz. We hand-craft all-natural products using ingredients sourced from Sicily with no artificial colors or flavors.

The Role

We’re seeking a Trade & Brand Marketing Manager to build and execute the programs that drive awareness and sales for Fabrizia both at store level and digitally. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for a marketer who can both envision and bring to life marketing ideas. You’ll work directly with the owners and sales-team to plan and execute marketing programs that move cases, grow displays, and build our brand at retail, on-premise, and digitally.

What You’ll Do

●    Retail & Trade Marketing

●    Brand Graphics generation and working as needed with third party graphic designers.

●    Develop and manage in-store marketing programs (displays, features, tastings, POS, promos, collaborations).

●    Create and maintain trade marketing materials — shelf talkers, shippers, neckers, recipe cards, case cards, info sheets, and ensure execution is taking place by the Fabrizia Sales-team (5-person team) and distributor partners.

●    Coordinate with distributors to support marketing campaign related sell-ins and incentives.

●    Track and report on promotions, displays, and results.

●    Social Media Content Marketing

●    Plan and manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a focus on seasonal cocktails, retail programs, and brand storytelling.

●    Capture and edit short-form content in stores, bars, and at events.

●    Develop email campaigns and light influencer collaborations to drive traffic to retailers and our bakery/spirits sites.

●    On-Premise Activation Concept (i.e a Limoncello Spritz Kit for On Premise)

●    Search and inquire on brand exposure at relevant lifestyle events

●    Marketing Analytics & Reporting

●    Monitor program performance: displays, velocity, social engagement, and distributor feedback.

●    Deliver monthly summary reports and recommend optimizations.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in CPG or beverage/spirits marketing (brand, trade, or field marketing).

 • Hands-on content creator — can shoot Reels, edit in Canva or similar, and post confidently.

 • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple programs at once.

 • Familiar with Meta Ads, basic analytics, Google Adwords.

 • Passion for Italian products, craft beverages, and storytelling is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 75,000 - 80,000 based on experience + Bonus based on KPI’s.
