Job Overview
The Dispensary Community Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the dispensary and the local community, as well as representing the brand in public-facing engagements. This role requires an outgoing, resourceful, and approachable individual who can act as the "face" of the dispensary, cultivating trust and engagement with both customers and the broader community. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for cannabis culture, and a drive to create educational and outreach programs that foster loyalty and brand awareness.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach & Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, influencers, and community groups.
- Represent the dispensary at local events, pop-ups, and industry gatherings.
- Develop and implement community-focused initiatives, such as wellness events, educational seminars, and charity partnerships.
- Advocate for cannabis education and legalization, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Work with the marketing department to help coordinate promotions, campaigns, and events that align with the dispensary’s values and goals.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with dispensary staff to ensure consistent messaging and customer service standards.
- Train staff on the importance of community engagement and how to foster positive interactions with customers.
- Ensure that community outreach activities align with the dispensary’s brand and mission.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track the success of community events and outreach efforts, compiling data and insights to improve future initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding community engagement, customer feedback, and event outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
