Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, gather customer insights, and identify trending topics or potential issues in real-time.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach, conversions, and return on investment.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics software to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective relationship management practices to amplify brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design and video editing.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content creation best practices to enhance online visibility.
- Familiarity with public relations strategies to manage brand reputation proactively.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with branding standards.
- Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with stakeholders internally and externally.
- A passion for digital marketing trends including e-commerce integration, social listening techniques, branding strategies, and video editing skills are highly desirable.
