Operation Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy content creator and video producer to develop compelling visual content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role blends video production expertise with social media strategy and creator partnerships to drive brand engagement, storytelling, and campaign performance—especially within the fashion space.

In addition to producing in-house video content, this position will also support influencer/creator BD, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking for TikTok creators and brand collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation & Social Media Strategy

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure all video content aligns with brand storytelling and campaign objectives.
  • Produce fashion-focused video materials such as lookbooks, styling tutorials, promotional videos, product features, and behind-the-scenes shoots.
  • Manage end-to-end production workflows including camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, and final delivery.

Creator Partnership / BD (Influencer Collaboration)

  • Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators who align with brand values and campaign needs.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, including paid rates, commission structures, deliverables, and livestream schedules.
  • Coordinate product samples, campaign briefs, livestream arrangements, and content requirements with creators.
  • Analyze creator performance metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, and GMV to optimize partnership strategy.
  • Maintain an internal database of creators, campaign results, and performance reports.
  • Support seasonal campaigns by partnering with creators to drive sales, visibility, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Experience in video production, content creation, social media strategy, or influencer marketing—ideally within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in modern video-shooting techniques and post-production workflows.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling with a keen eye for fashion aesthetics.
  • Understanding of social media content ecosystems, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and maintain creator relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be based in New York City and available for on-site work; ability to travel locally for shoots is required.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
