We are rapidly expanding across TikTok, Instagram, and creator-led commerce—and we’re looking for an energetic creator who can bring our brand to life through livestream selling and community engagement.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Livestream Coordinator will serve as the on-camera host and creator for our TikTok Shop livestreams and social channels. This role is perfect for someone charismatic, confident on camera, and passionate about skincare and content creation.

You will run daily/regular livestreams, engage viewers, demonstrate products, drive sales, and oversee all livestream-related logistics. You will also support influencer collaborations, affiliate management, and general social content initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLivestream Hosting & Production (Primary)

• Host engaging TikTok Shop livestreams to showcase and sell skincare products.
• Deliver clear, on-brand product demonstrations, storytelling, and value propositions.
• Engage with viewers in real time to increase conversion and maintain high retention.
• Create product scripts, talking points, promo messaging, and sales angles.
• Set up livestream equipment (lighting, camera, backdrop, product display).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth live performance.
• Review performance metrics (views, CTR, conversion, GMV) and optimize strategies.
• Promote upcoming livestreams through posts, creators, and community channels.

Livestream Operations & Moderation

• Monitor chat, comments, and viewer interactions to maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product lineup, promotions, bundles, and events.
• Assist with inventory checks and product prep before lives.

Influencer & Affiliate Management

• Manage TikTok and Instagram creators for content collaborations and livestream partnerships.
• Conduct outreach, gifting coordination, negotiation, and communication with creators.
• Coordinate models for photoshoots, content days, and livestream support.
• Oversee affiliate onboarding, performance tracking, and payout organization.

Content & Social Media Support

• Assist with filming and creating short-form content for TikTok and Reels.
• Stay up to date on beauty trends, creator strategies, and TikTok Shop best practices.
• Support brand campaigns, launches, and other social-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience hosting livestreams (TikTok Shop preferred) or strong on-camera presence.
• Basic understanding of skincare/beauty products (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience with influencers, creators, or affiliate programs is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop backend, live-selling tools, or Shopify.
• Video editing, filming, or social content creation skills.
• Understanding of creator analytics, social metrics, and reporting dashboards.
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
