PlantFusion is a Plant-Based Nutrition brand primarily sold in the natural products retail channel and on Amazon. The core products are plant-based nutritional powders and supplements. The founder repurchased the brand from investor partners with the goal of growing the brand and returning it to a role as a category leader. The transformation initiatives focus on introducing innovative products that improve health and wellness. The innovation pipeline will be complemented with updated and best-in-class sales and marketing tactics.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for the finest talent, someone who is intrinsically curious, passionate about healthy nutrition and possesses a ‘Getting-Things-Done’ mindset. We are hiring an ambitious Sales and Marketing Support talent who is excited to be part of a winning team while growing their career. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a high degree of adaptability who works well in a fast-paced evolving environment. This role will report to the Sales Director and CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and/or a high-level administrative support position
- Intermediate Skill Set level in Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- Strong technology skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support and coordinate all Retail Sales initiatives with Sales Director and CEO
- Support, manage and facilitate numerous marketing related activities linked to Retail and D to C (Plant Fusion Website) initiatives
- Act as “Project Manager” for the development and launch phases of product development
- Ad Hoc administrative tasks and support to the CEO
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of each aspect of producing, managing and providing retail sales tools for sales and merchandising tactics including:
- Merchandising, demo, car stock, swag and literature and educational materials for existing and new products including creation, approval and printing
- Communication, distribution and oversight of sales brokers for all of the above
- Tradeshow planning, preparation and execution
- Oversight and execution of retail B to B marketing tactics such as emailing, key account business development initiatives, execution and follow up
- Detailed product development project management and execution including holding cross functional team members accountable
- Support CEO in all PR, brand building and industry related initiatives
- Support CEO with ad hoc company management communication and activities
- Potential opportunity to play a role in enhancing multiple aspects of PlantFusion.com’s website for both B to B and D to C purposes. This could include all touch points from site visit through the receipt of a package and follow up.
- Potential opportunity to engage and facilitate potential branding partners, ambassadors and influencers
- Based on the individual’s capabilities, there is the opportunity to engage in numerous aspects of our social media, brand, and product content and communication.

DETAILS:
- Office/Warehouse location: Denver, CO (Near and in RINO district)
- Work in office 4 days per week with ability and willingness to travel ~ 3 times a year as needed
