Elemental is a California based drinkware company known for creating high quality bottles and everyday essentials that are fun, modern, and made with care. We are also launching a new apparel line and are building a stronger social presence to support this exciting new chapter.

We are looking for someone creative, positive, and full of energy to help grow our brand across social media. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, understands what can go viral, and enjoys being both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.

What you will do

• Create engaging content that can drive views, shares, and growth
• Brainstorm and develop ideas that fit our brand and have strong viral potential
• Go live on Tiktok and support our Tiktok Live sessions with confidence and personality
• Manage influencer communication including outreach, coordination, and follow up
• Support the marketing team with content planning and campaign execution
• Help with simple ads management and understand performance from Meta and Google
• Assist in building and growing our online community
• Work independently, take initiative, and bring creative ideas without waiting for direction
• Stay updated on social trends and find new ways for us to grow
• Contribute to e commerce marketing tasks when needed
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed, including material preparation, trade shows, campaigns, and brand events

What we are looking for

• Someone positive, upbeat, and comfortable on camera
• Strong understanding of content creation especially short form video
• Experience with Tiktok, Instagram, and other major platforms
• Ability to think fast and adapt to trends
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with influencers and creators
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of ads, analytics, and content performance
• A self starter who enjoys creative freedom and can work with little supervision

Nice to have

• Experience with live selling on Tiktok
• Background in e commerce marketing
• Interest in lifestyle, apparel, or drinkware brands
• Efficient and confident using camera and video equipment with experience in shooting and editing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
