Seeding & Fulfillment Associate (4 Openings)

Brand: Dialed Moods (multiple departments)

Location: Tustin, CA

Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday • Full-Time • Non-Exempt

Dialed Moods is hiring four Seeding & Fulfillment Associates to support high-volume fulfillment, packaging, and inventory operations across multiple product lines. These roles ensure fast, accurate shipments for wholesale, retail, influencer, and internal distribution.

OPEN POSITIONS (4 TOTAL)

🌟 2 Roles — Standard Fulfillment

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Forklift certification: Preferred; must be willing to obtain
  • Pallet jack proficiency: Preferred but not required

🌿 2 Roles — High-Compliance Fulfillment

  • Shifts:
  • AM: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • PM: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Flexibility: Must be open to switching between AM and PM shifts
  • Forklift certification: Required
  • Pallet jack proficiency: Required

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Pick, pack, label, and ship sample kits, seeding boxes, master cases, and bulk orders
  • Prepare shipments using Shopify, ShipStation, PirateShip, and Google Sheets
  • Maintain accurate inventory across warehouse and fulfillment spaces
  • Communicate restock needs, stock movement, and order status to operations
  • Support product launches, seasonal pushes, and retail distribution
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues (delays, misdeliveries, damaged goods)
  • Follow SOPs and brand standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–2 years in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and reliability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with fulfillment software (ShipStation, Shopify, PirateShip)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • CPG/wellness experience a plus
