We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team located in Boca Raton, FL.

OVERVIEW: The Director of Digital Marketing will own our end-to-end digital strategy, blending data-driven performance marketing with compelling brand storytelling to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across both professional and consumer channels. This role will lead our digital roadmap, manage a mix of in-house talent and external partners, and ensure that all digital touchpoints deliver a best-in-class experience for stylists, distributors, and consumers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the digital marketing strategy & roadmap across paid, owned, and earned channels, setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards that support overall brand and revenue objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing function, including internal team members and agency partners, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and oversee integrated digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms, ensuring cohesive storytelling and full-funnel performance.
  • Drive e-commerce growth by increasing qualified traffic and improving conversion rates through SEO/SEM, paid media, affiliate programs, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, building and optimizing automated email workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns tailored to stylists, distributors, and consumers.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and forecasting, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Lead analytics and performance reporting across all digital channels, translating data into actionable insights, clear narratives, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, education, sales, and product teams to align digital campaigns with brand launches, promotional calendars, education initiatives, and key business priorities.
  • Oversee relationships with digital agencies, influencers, affiliates, and external vendors, ensuring high-quality execution, brand alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Champion digital best practices and stay ahead of beauty, grooming, and digital trends to identify new opportunities for audience growth, channel innovation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Safeguard and elevate the brand across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent voice, visual identity, and customer experience from first touch through loyalty.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop teams and agencies, including setting goals, coaching talent, and managing performance.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns that engage both professionals (stylists, distributors, education partners) and end consumers.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with data, with the ability to build and interpret dashboards, attribution reports, and cohort analyses to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners around digital priorities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field; or commensurate experience.
  • 7–10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Proven track record leading multi-channel digital strategies that drive measurable growth across e-commerce and brand KPIs.
  • Experience in professional beauty, grooming, or consumer lifestyle strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce, performance marketing, and analytics, including platforms such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite, and major email/CRM tools.
