As we expand our online presence and wholesale accounts, we are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support e-commerce operations, TikTok content creation, and revenue-driven sales activities. Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will help drive online sales, generate new leads, create TikTok/social media content, and support daily business operations across e-commerce platforms. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of consumer behavior—especially within the dietary supplement industry. Candidates with e-commerce or TikTok Shop experience are highly preferred. This role includes the option of commission-based compensation for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce tasks including product listings, pricing updates, order handling, and customer support
- Create engaging TikTok videos and short-form content to promote supplement products and boost brand visibility
- Assist in running TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or other platform promotions
- Generate leads through calls, messages, and online outreach to grow wholesale and retail customer accounts
- Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries and support closing new deals
- Maintain and grow existing accounts with excellent service, upselling, and cross-selling
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launch strategies
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools or organized spreadsheet systems
- Conduct competitor research, pricing analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic decisions
- Support influencer outreach, affiliate programs, and partnerships for brand growth
- Ensure all marketing content follows supplement-related compliance standards (FDA/FTC guidelines)
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
- Ability to create TikTok content; understanding of hooks, trends, and conversion-focused videos
- Experience working with dietary supplements, wellness products, or consumer-packaged goods (preferred)
- Background in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and social media presence
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales/content deadlines
- Willingness to work on a commission-based or hybrid compensation structure

This role is primarily commission-based, meaning your earnings will depend on your performance, sales results, and hosting effectiveness. High-performing candidates have the potential to earn significantly more than a fixed hourly role. Base pay or hourly support may be considered for the right candidate, but compensation will vary based on individual productivity and sales conversion.
