We produce immersive music & lifestyle festivals, wellness events, and interactive brand activations with national and emerging CPG partners. Our next festival brings together 2,500+ highly engaged attendees across music, art, wellness, culture, and premium product experiences.
We are expanding our sponsorship program and seeking experienced commission-based closers with existing brand relationships.
About the Role:
This is not an entry-level position.
You are:
- A dealmaker who thrives solely on commission
- Currently selling into CPG, beverage, RTD, wellness, lifestyle, activation, or festival verticals
- Comfortable pitching brand activations, sampling programs, product placement, and premium sponsorship deliverables
- Already holding a warm book of clients OR previous event/brand activation contacts

- On-site brand activation footprints
- VIP Lounge product exclusivity
- Festival bar placements
- Sampling + experiential engagement
- Digital media & influencer packages
- Product seeding + VIP gifting
- Wellness & art sponsorships
Commission Structure:
- 10–15% commission on every closed sponsor (cash + product placement value)
- Referral bonuses available for warm intros that close
- No cap

- Weekly support check-ins
