Position OverviewThe Senior Manager of Content Strategy, Polo, plays a key role in the strategic growth of our social media presence across key platforms, with an elevated focus on the Men’s Polo category. The candidate will help to shape social strategies that strengthen the brand voice, engage our consumer, and contribute to measurable growth through compelling content and campaigns.

The Senior Manager will craft strategies that accelerate follower growth, enhance engagement, and influence purchase intent across digital channels. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, this individual will ensure a cohesive and elevated content approach that resonates across markets.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of social media best practices, expertise in storytelling tailored to men’s fashion and lifestyle, and a sharp awareness of the competitive luxury landscape. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver dynamic, social-first content that reinforces Polo’s position as a leader in modern luxury. Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Develop, refine and execute social media strategies aligned with key business and campaign goals.

  • Collaborate with agency and cross-functional teams to develop content and campaigns to bring the Ralph Lauren story to life across social platforms.
  • Partner with the talent and influencer team to identify campaign and always on content.
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement for Mens Polo across all Ralph Lauren social handles.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports leveraging internal and external tools.
  • Present clear, strategic performance recaps to leadership, providing actionable recommendations informed by data and consumer behavior
  • Serve as a digital expert across Ralph Lauren’s owned and social channels, understanding user behavior, user journeys, and platform evolution to acquire and engage existing and new users across the network.
  • Deliver innovative, brand-elevating content that supports key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Leverage defined content types and priority platforms to craft compelling product storytelling and marketing campaigns that align with Ralph Lauren’s financial, brand, and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain the storytelling & publishing cadence to support audience growth in support of key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, paid teams, and regional partners to align on digital content needs, gain approvals, and share actionable performance results.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, analyze results, and translate insights into strategic actions that inform future content strategies and executions, while effectively communicating outcomes to cross-functional teams.
  • Provide support for crisis communications, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand integrity across all digital platforms.
