The Marketing Strategist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, digital marketing expertise, and strong business acumen. The strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams—Sales, Content, Product, Creative, and Leadership—to create data-backed marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, content, and offline channels.
  • Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Create annual, quarterly, and campaign-based marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and ROI expectations for each initiative.

2. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and market demand.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Leverage insights to enhance brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

3. Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on content production, messaging, and campaign themes.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing funnels to drive conversions and lead generation.

4. Brand Management

  • Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
  • Support storytelling and creative development for brand-building initiatives.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Optimize strategies based on insights, data, and A/B testing.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to support feature launches and GTM strategies.
  • Work closely with Leadership to shape long-term marketing direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and buyer psychology.
  • Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, HubSpot, CRM tools, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 58,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 203,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
