About the Role: Beyond Media Global is a rapidly growing digital agency with a dual focus: we serve as a key partner for the NJEDA Small Business E-Commerce Support Program, and we provide high-level CRM and Marketing automation strategies for Mid-Market enterprises.

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to bridge the gap between production and client satisfaction. You will oversee a high-volume portfolio of grant-funded small business projects while simultaneously acting as the strategic lead for our larger private clients, coordinating global resources to deliver results.

The Mission: Your goal is to guide clients through digital transformation. Whether it is a local restaurant needing an online ordering system or a mid-sized company needing a multi-channel marketing campaign, you are the strategic partner who ensures the technology drives revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
1. NJEDA Grant Project Management (Small Business)

  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of 30+ active grant projects. Act as the primary liaison between business owners and our technical team to ensure websites (Shopify, Wix, WordPress) are compliant with grant requirements and launched on time.
  • Asset Coordination: Proactively gather menus, product lists, logos, and copy from small business owners to prevent development bottlenecks.
  • Education: Train non-technical clients on how to use their new tools, including "Online Ordering" panels and "Appointment Booking" systems.

2. Mid-Market Strategy & Global Team Coordination

  • Orchestrate Global Marketing Operations: You will not just execute; you will lead. You will coordinate with our global support teams to deliver specialized services for mid-market clients, including:
  • SEO & Content: Directing the content team on keyword strategy, blog topics, and on-site optimization.
  • Paid Media: Overseeing ad budgets and reviewing performance reports from our media buyers.
  • Influencer Marketing: Managing campaign scopes and deliverables for influencer collaborations.
  • CRM Consultation: Diagnose the sales processes of mid-market clients and implement CRM technology to solve their pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Configure deal stages to track revenue.
  • Automation: Set up workflows (e.g., "If a lead clicks X, send email Y").
  • Data Hygiene: Import and segment contact lists for targeted outreach.
  • Growth Consulting: Transition completed web clients into ongoing marketing retainers by identifying opportunities where our global teams can add value.

3. Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • The "Final Check": Review all deliverables—from simple grant websites to complex marketing assets produced by the global team—to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and functionality before they reach the client.

Requirements:

  • CRM & Automation Expertise: Deep familiarity with modern CRM ecosystems (Contact management, Deal pipelines, and Reporting). Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is strictly required.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent accounts. You must be comfortable switching gears between a small "Mom & Pop" shop and a larger corporate client instantly.
  • Global Coordination Experience: Experience working with offshore or remote support teams is highly preferred. You know how to write clear briefs and manage outputs from distributed teams.
  • Marketing Fluency: You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you must understand the fundamentals of SEO, Paid Media, and Influencer Marketing well enough to manage the teams doing the work.
  • Excellent Communication: You must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners with patience and clarity.
  • Program Knowledge: Familiarity with the NJEDA E-Commerce Support Program deliverables is a significant plus.
