We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital strategy in the U.S. market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion and deep understanding of the U.S. consumer landscape. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving digital growth, managing campaigns, overseeing all online touchpoints, and elevating our brand presence. You will also supervise interns who will help and support your tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and e-commerce sales
  • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting campaigns, and overall performance marketing
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Manage website updates, merchandising, and UX enhancements through Shopify
  • Respond promptly to online customer inquiries across email, social, and website platforms
  • Manage email newsletters, including automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and content planning
  • Execute SMS campaigns, including flows, segmentation, compliance, and performance tracking
  • Oversee and optimize loyalty programs, customer rewards, and retention strategies
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, in-store signage, ads for magazines, and digital assets
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions
  • Analyze digital performance and produce data-driven reports and insights weekly basis
  • Support content creation and collaborate on photoshoots and brand storytelling
  • Manage influencer collaborations, digital PR opportunities, and brand partnerships
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels
  • Supervise and assign tasks to digital marketing interns
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium brands
  • Strong understanding of the luxury consumer and U.S. market behavior
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Shopify (product uploads, merchandising, apps, and integrations)
  • Experience with Attentive or similar tools for email + SMS marketing
  • Familiarity with loyalty program platforms
  • Strong social media management and content planning skills
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in person in our Palm Beach office
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior staff/interns is a plus
