About the role
The Influencer & Community Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing Pressed Floral's brand visibility and reputation through driving brand awareness, building relationships, and managing collaborations with influencers, our community, and media outlets. This is a multifaceted role that requires a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for community-building, content creation, and data-driven results. Metrics are tied to, but are not limited to: Collaborative orders fulfilled, amount of creators and brands reached out to on a daily/weekly basis, UGC content and ShopMy success, and website Sessions. It is expected that this role will require approximately 30 hours per week. Starting pay range is $16.50-$18.50 depending on experience.
What you'll do
Influencer and Community Outreach
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with relevant influencers in the industry to promote Pressed Floral’s products/services as well as secure collaborations and partnerships.
- Coordinate Influencer Marketing Campaigns to amplify brand awareness
- Work with the Head of Marketing to strategize on PR boxes for campaigns.
- Coordinate with our Marketing Team whitelisting ads when necessary for influencer posts to generate into advertising for Pressed Floral.
- Engage daily with our influencer and vendor communities across social media platforms by responding to stories and commenting on community members' posts, and fostering long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate on contracts with influencers, community members, and individuals on the external team as needed to fulfill promised content
- Manage ShopMy Creators, messages, and ShopMy success.
- Strategize and plan events for our client community and influencer community.
Oversee Orders
- Track fulfillment and ensure the timely completion of marketing products, PR samples, and influencer frames.
- Collaborate with the Branding Team to ideate, design, and ensure seamless production of PR products.
Publications
- Act as a liaison between Pressed Floral and media outlets to facilitate interviews and features. Handle inbound media inquiries and proactively reach out to secure brand features and media coverage.
- Create and manage a “press release” for new drops or collaborations. Connect with local and national media.
- Connect with Publications on influencer wedding exclusives to grow our connections with influencers and publications
- Maintain relationships with publications and key decision-makers in the publications industry.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Ensure that publications align with the company's brand messaging, values, and positioning.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer and community engagement as well as media coverage.
- Update influencer spreadsheet with influencers we have worked with and want to continue a relationship with so we can have them all in one place. Monitor if they posted and what kind of post is it, how many times, etc.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong brand management expertise with the ability to define and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Hands-on experience overseeing creative content, including social media, paid campaigns, photoshoots, and video shoots.
- Proficiency in paid media strategy and management across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, with a focus on ROI and CPA optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and content strategy, with the ability to adapt to emerging trends and platforms.
- Experience planning and executing brand-related events, including vendor management, budgeting, and onsite coordination.
- Skilled in partnership development and influencer marketing, from outreach and negotiation to execution of collaborations.
- Proven track record leading successful product launch campaigns across digital and influencer channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
