Job Title – Content Ops Manager
Location: Las Vegas (Hybrid; ~2 days onsite, flexible around events and shoots)
Duration: 3 months with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion
Job Summary
The Content Operations Manager will oversee content creation, production, and coordination for the “Live from Park Lounge” , a production studio focused on live gaming and entertainment content .
This role acts as a bridge between creative, operational, and marketing teams , ensuring each production — from gaming sessions to influencer streams — is high-quality, brand-aligned, and engaging for digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the content studio, ensuring smooth scheduling, planning, and filming.
- Coordinate live and recorded productions , including set logistics and post-production workflows.
- Partner with production technicians and video producers to deliver polished, professional content.
- Ensure the studio remains production-ready , coordinating with casino operations, facilities, and IT teams.
Talent & Guest Management
- Schedule and manage streamers, influencers, and VIP guests for content sessions.
- Ensure all participants adhere to legal, brand, and publicity requirements .
Content Strategy & Publishing
- Work with the marketing agency to oversee the content calendar, editing timelines, and publishing schedule.
- Collaborate with Interactive and Marketing for content reviews, approvals, and final releases.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement and storytelling .
Innovation & Audience Engagement
- Develop new content formats (short-form, long-form, livestreams).
- Create interactive engagement experiences such as challenges, tournaments, and live activations.
- Help shape digital storytelling and global entertainment presence.
Education & Experience Requirements
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing , or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in content operations, production management, or social media programming — ideally in gaming, entertainment, or sports .
- Strong understanding of social platforms : YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch.
- Experience working with creators, influencers , and cross-functional teams .
