About the Role

Glo & Glam is seeking a creative, motivated, and hard-working Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our brand and elevate our patient experience. This role blends strategy with hands-on creativity and is ideal for someone who loves content creation, understands social trends, and thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

You’ll plan campaigns, produce engaging content, host events, collaborate with influencers, and help drive new client growth — all while keeping our brand polished, modern, and consistent. If you bring big ideas and strong follow-through, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns for services, promotions, and memberships
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create high-quality photo/video content, including Reels and TikToks
• Oversee email marketing, website updates, blogs, and digital ads
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, community collaborations, and local sponsorships
• Plan and support in-house events (open houses, launches, patient appreciation events)
• Track analytics and key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral partners
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and in-person touchpoints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2+ years of marketing or social media experience (aesthetics/beauty industry is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media engagement
• Comfortable with photo/video creation and basic editing
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive under deadlines
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and helping others feel confident
