Mission

SeyferthPR is looking for a bold, inventive, and highly strategic Social Content Creator & Influencer Coordinator to elevate both our clients and our agency across the digital landscape. You’ll create TikToks, Reels, and other short-form content for an iconic global brand, turning real stories into magnetic digital narratives that capture attention, spark conversation, and drive measurable results. This role is hands-on: you will regularly shoot and edit content yourself.

We are seeking a content creator and producer for this non-marketing role who tracks trends, has a sharp creative eye, understands what performs on each platform, and can own the full content lifecycle from ideation to final deliverables, posting, and reporting.

About the Role (Ownership + End-to-End Execution)

This role blends creative instinct with strategic rigor. You are the owner and leader of the work from start to finish. That means you’ll plan, concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, post, and optimize. Reporting back on performance and ROI will be necessary.

You’ll collaborate with our team, and be proactive on content ideation. You’ll come up with ideas, build the plan, execute quickly, and refine based on results. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where creative and performance both matter, you’ll fit right in.

Additionally, you will be responsible to work in collaboration with digital creators and social media influencers to deliver integrated communications campaigns across variety of platforms. Responsibilities include: developing concepts and briefs, defining strategy and success metrics, sourcing and onboarding creators, managing relationships and communications, coordinating timelines/approvals/budgets, overseeing account administration, and executing campaigns through launch, optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Content Production (You own it)

  • Lead content from ideation → planning → storyboarding → production → editing → posting → reporting
  • Ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video and platform-native static content
  • Produce quick-turn content tied to cultural moments while staying on-brand and on-strategy
  • Create clean, modern assets (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Photoshop) and write captions that sound human—not corporate

Strategy + Performance

  • Stay plugged into trends, platform updates, and audience behavior and translate that into content that performs
  • Build and execute content strategies aligned to each client’s goals, voice, and channel needs
  • Monitor live content/campaign performance and iterate quickly to improve results
  • Develop and maintain reporting that clearly explains what worked, why it worked, and what’s next (with ROI-focused insights)

Collaboration + Standards

  • Partner with account leads to ensure content supports broader PR / external marketing initiatives
  • Help define and document best practices that raise the bar for digital content across the agency
  • Bring proactive ideas that strengthen SeyferthPR’s own digital presence and storytelling

Influencer Coordination

  • Coordinate influencer communication and execution: outreach, assignments, follow-up, and campaign alignment
  • Support invoicing and submission into the purchase order system for payment processing
  • Maintain organized documentation and timelines across influencer programs

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • A true self-starter who takes ownership and executes with minimal oversight
  • Deep platform fluency (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.): trends, formats, hooks, features, algorithms
  • Strong creative eye + ability to produce polished content quickly and consistently
  • Demonstrated skills in video production: storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio, editing
  • Strong skills in photography for marketing/editorial/digital use
  • Ability to translate performance metrics into actionable creative improvements
  • Organized and deadline-driven; comfortable juggling multiple projects and fast turnarounds
  • Confident communicator and collaborator (including client-facing interactions when needed)

Tools & Technical Experience

  • Editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Suite including Premiere (or equivalent professional editing experience)
  • Design tools: Canva, Adobe Suite (clean, modern layouts)
  • Platform/marketing tools: Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Squarespace, Modash (or similar)

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven content creation experience for a brand, agency, or creator; portfolio required
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 70% of the time including weekends, sometimes with less than a week’s notice (varies by client needs and may exceed 70%), can be slower during non-peak (October – March)
  • Working knowledge of PR and AP style
  • Certifications (plus): APR, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or other digital credentials
