We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across various platforms. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO and incorporate keyword research to improve visibility on search engines.
- Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
- Manage online reputation through public relations activities and relationship management with followers and influencers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader branding initiatives and e-commerce strategies.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong skills in graphic design, photography, and video editing are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Advertising tools.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools.
- Experience in content creation across multiple formats including text, images, video, and live streams.
- Familiarity with branding principles, public relations strategies, relationship management, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all published content.
