Job Overview As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will lead key marketing initiatives that strengthen Infinity by Marvin’s brand presence and community engagement. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple channels and programs, making a direct impact on our brand growth.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead Marketing Projects: Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs with clear communication and alignment to brand strategy and business goals.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee organic social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). Create, publish, and monitor content; track performance using SproutSocial.
  • Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to messages, foster audience relationships, and build strong connections with Infinity dealer partners.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Deliver quarterly social media content and marketing assets to partners.
  • Content Creation & Review: Collaborate on content development using tools like PageProof, Asana, Canva, Photoshop, and others.
  • Industry Recognition: Research and coordinate award submissions to position Infinity as a leader in home improvement.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets while identifying efficiencies.

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).:
  • Minimum 2 years in marketing, advertising, or project management (5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SproutSocial, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and approachable with a positive, team-focused mindset.

Compensation $65,000 - $75,000, pay based on experience
