Overview

We’re building something exciting at One Day Doors & Closets, and we’re looking for a Social Media Analyst to help us scale. This is a key role on our growing marketing team, driving performance campaigns with a heavy focus on Meta, with other social channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

This role is not just about buying ads—it’s about strategic growth marketing: launching campaigns, optimizing creative and audiences, analyzing performance data, and scaling what works. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we grow a national brand and help establish a completely new home improvement category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Develop and test audience targeting strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, create actionable insights, and adjust strategies in real time.
  • Collaborate with the content team to test creative assets (video, stills, UGC, influencer content).
  • Continuously refine ad copy, creative, placement, and audience segments to drive conversions.
  • Report on KPIs, including cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with platform updates, ad formats, and emerging social media trends.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience building, strategizing, managing & scaling paid social campaigns.
  • Proven track record of scaling ad budgets while maintaining or improving CPL/ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Creative thinker who can work cross-functionally with content and brand teams.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and energized by performance marketing.
