Overview:

Begin your professional journey with our Media Partnerships Specialist- New Grad Program, designed to transition recent college graduates into the fast-growing world of marketing. This is a full-time role, based in Phoenix, for graduates within one year of graduation (August 2025 – May 2026). In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and sponsorship activations. You’ll support the day-to-day execution of social content across multiple platforms while helping to build and maintain the sponsorship portfolio. This position offers valuable exposure to how marketing drives brand awareness and customer engagement and provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders. This program features an enhanced onboarding experience focused on corporate acclimation, including direct exposure to executive leadership, personalized mentor pairing, and an onboarding ambassador to guide you through your first months.* Program Start Date: June 8, 2025

Essential Functions: Rotational Learning: In 15-week rotational program, participate gains exposure to various aspects of social media & sponsorships, including campaign planning, coordination, and performance analysis. Enhanced Corporate Transition Onboarding:* Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program designed to ease the transition from academia to the corporate world, covering topics such as professional communication, time management, and company culture.

  • Engage in sessions with executive leadership to gain insights into the company’s strategic direction and operational priorities.
  • Be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, career development advice, and support.
  • Be assigned an onboarding ambassador, a peer mentor, who will provide day-to-day guidance, answer questions, and help you navigate the initial stages of your role.
  • Help to develop and implement organic social media and influencer strategies.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars, approvals, and scheduling.
  • Aid in growth of our social media following and customer engagement on core channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube) with the ability to develop a presence on emerging social channels for Sprouts (e.g., TikTok).
  • Analyze and help report on performance, connecting channel data to business outcomes.
  • Occasionally create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms
  • Help coordinate sponsorship deliverables, timelines, and internal communication.
  • Assist with sponsorship portfolio content creation, asset collection, and approvals.
  • Support execution of sponsorship activations at events (setup, signage, photo capture).
  • Conduct research on potential sponsors and partnership opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements:

  • Obtained or be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (August 2025 – May 2026 graduates)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, media operations, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tools such as Asana and Social Media Management software’s (ex: Dash Social) a plus.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
