Role Overview

We’re looking for a Global Affiliate & Community Lead to own and expand one of Kind Patches’ most important growth engines. This is not a passive community role, it’s a fast-moving, data-backed, content-driven position for someone who lives and breathes TikTok Shop and knows how to turn affiliates into brand advocates that sell.

You’ll be both a strategic operator and creative driver, ensuring every affiliate brief, piece of content, and campaign feels strong, relevant, and on-brand. You’ll also collaborate closely with TikTok Shop agencies, our creative and paid teams, and external partners to push performance to new levels globally.

Our major focus markets are the US (core growth engine) and the UK (rapidly scaling), with Mexico and Germany newly launched — and more to come.

What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the affiliate and content coordination team across multiple markets, managing priorities, briefs, and performance at scale.
• Own all affiliate communications — writing clear, compelling weekly affiliate briefs tied to our marketing calendar with creative ideas, hooks, and campaign guidance.
• Drive TikTok Shop growth by applying hands-on experience with affiliate tools, dashboards, and analytics — identifying what content and creators are performing, and scaling those insights across markets.
• Champion creative excellence — reviewing content daily, spotting trends, and continuously improving briefs to make affiliate videos more watchable, shareable, and conversion-focused.
• Partner with agencies (like NBCN) to advocate for stronger creator initiatives, challenge safe recommendations, and back decisions with performance data.
• Plan the affiliate campaign calendar around launches, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling — ensuring affiliates always have timely, relevant angles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, influencer, and paid teams to turn top affiliate content into paid ads and hero assets.
• Develop scalable systems for recruiting, approving, and tracking affiliate content performance globally.
• Strengthen top-tier relationships with affiliates in the US, UK, Mexico, and Germany — offering creative direction, feedback, and support to help them grow alongside the brand.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programs — from recruiting and managing creators to optimizing performance and scaling results.
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop tools, analytics, and best practices, and how to translate them into actionable campaigns.
• Proven success leading affiliate, influencer, or creator community programs with measurable growth.
• Creative and strategic mindset — able to spot hooks, messaging angles, and content trends that drive conversions.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing distributed teams and high content volume.
• Excellent communicator who can inspire creators and build authentic community connection.
• Highly adaptive, ambitious, and comfortable pushing boundaries in a fast-evolving space.
