Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices to improve organic reach on search engines and social platforms.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads to target specific demographics and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and media engagement.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce efforts through targeted promotions.
  • Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects for promotional content or product showcases.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand reach and foster community engagement.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice before publication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual content.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms including Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Ability to produce high-quality multimedia content including photography and video editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in all written materials.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics or similar tools to inform marketing decisions.
