- Manage social media calendars and schedule posts using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices to increase organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms, ensuring targeted reach and ROI maximization.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation, craft press releases, and coordinate outreach efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content creation techniques to keep our brand at the forefront of social media marketing.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Expertise in social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry conversations, and customer feedback.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns including audience targeting, ad creation, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of SEO principles combined with keyword research skills to enhance content visibility.
- Ability to produce high-quality video editing using relevant software; basic photography skills are a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills for error-free content across all channels.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong relationship management abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influencers, media outlets, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of branding principles within digital marketing strategies aimed at elevating brand identity in e-commerce environments.
