Job Description
As a E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of livestream campaigns. You will coordinate internal resources, track project progress, and maintain clear communication with clients. Your ultimate goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet brand expectations, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects, including livestreaming, influencer video campaigns, and store-based live operations.
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams (livestreaming, influencer, operations, backend).
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients: gather requirements, track progress, provide updates, and handle last-minute adjustments.
- Take ownership of project timelines, quality, and performance metrics (GMV, ROI, conversion rates).
- Standardize and optimize project management processes, improving efficiency and execution consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in 4A advertising , e-commerce, project management, MCN, or livestream commerce .
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs (GMV, ROI, conversion rates) and livestreaming business logic.
- Proficient in project management tools and advanced Excel/PPT skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage 3–5 projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is required (for coordination with overseas teams).
