INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:

Kopari Beauty is seeking an academic intern to support our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll learn how to assist with affiliate strategy, track partner performance, coordinate product sends, and support TikTok Shop initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in relationship management and digital marketing. Must be eligible to receive academic credit.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfill packages to be sent to influencers and paid partners
• Manage product restocks for both influencers and the San Diego office
• Help track and monitor affiliate performance, including posts and key metrics
• Assist with hosting TikTok LIVE activations
• Support the team in developing relationships with key partners

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong interest in influencer marketing and affiliate trends
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Self-motivated
• Content creation experience is a plus
• Must be eligible for academic credit internship
• Ability to participate in internship program up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
