Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics, with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Canava, and video editing software to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and photography.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve online visibility and web traffic.
- Analyze web analytics and social listening data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, media pitches, and relationship management initiatives that support branding efforts.
- Oversee branding consistency across all digital platforms while maintaining a cohesive voice that aligns with company values.
- Assist with e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions, promotional content, and managing online storefronts.
- Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before publication.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in video editing for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
- Ability to develop compelling content tailored for various audiences across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written materials.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with media outlets, influencers, and customers.
- Ability to analyze data from social listening tools to inform marketing strategies effectively.
- Understanding of branding principles combined with creative storytelling abilities in digital formats. Pay: From $16.00 per hour
