THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager (Live Events) to lead the creative and strategic execution of campaigns across our expanding portfolio of event brands.

This role will own 360° campaign planning and coordination — collaborating with our Paid Media team, creative studio, and production leads to deliver campaigns that sell tickets, grow audiences, and build cultural relevance.

It’s a blend of storytelling, brand building, and campaign management — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and knows how to turn ideas into real-world buzz.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across multiple Locomotive brands and markets.
  • Partner closely with the Paid Media team to ensure strategic alignment between creative messaging, targeting, and budget pacing.
  • Lead organic and partnership strategy, including influencer activations, brand collaborations, and email/CRM content.
  • Work with in-house designers, editors, and copywriters to produce high-impact creative assets.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting; ensure flawless execution from announcement to event day.
  • Collaborate with event producers and ticketing teams to align campaign rollouts with sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue partnership or content opportunities that amplify brand reach.
  • Be on-site at select events to oversee live content capture and on-the-ground marketing moments.
  • Track performance metrics and audience trends to refine strategy and share actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of music, pop culture, and digital trends to keep our campaigns culturally relevant and fresh.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years experience in marketing, ideally within live events, entertainment, or music.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute large-scale campaigns.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally — creative, paid, social, PR, and production.
  • Excellent communicator with strong project management skills.
  • Data-informed mindset — understands performance metrics and how to translate them into action.
  • Passion for live events, culture, and creative storytelling.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours and traveling for key events as needed.
