In this role, the SVP of Corporate Health will oversee management and expansion of our growing corporate health portfolio. The role includes responsibility for senior level client counsel and development of proactive thought leadership to shape and build reputation among stakeholders from consumers to regulators. Responsibilities Include:
- Lead MSL’s corporate health offering, working in collaboration with leadership team and specialists in strategy, media, digital and creative centers of excellence.
- Ensure fiscal management of corporate health portfolio through operational leadership of strategic staffing, financial management and annual planning.
- Lead growth strategy across corporate reputation practice by developing new offerings and engaging with potential clients and colleagues across agency.
- Set and maintain the highest standards of client service, in partnership with the full agency, and serve as a primary liaison to the MSL Healthcare Practice as well as broader Publicis Health team.
- Cultivate development of team members, including a focus on career path development for VPs.
- Contribute boldly and collaboratively as a senior leader within the corporate reputation practice and MSL as a whole.
Required skills
- Knowledge of and leadership across a wide breadth of communications disciplines, including corporate brand, internal communications, issues management, influencer relations and executive visibility and leadership communications. Communications experience with healthcare insurance or a similarly highly regulated industry is a plus but not required.
- Energy and passion for inventing new ways of working, managing change and inspiring teams
- Exemplary track record of building and supporting high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge and experience with healthcare media, publications and events, including investor events
- Strong preference for previous agency experience and track record growing business
- 12+ years agency experience or equivalent experience
- Voracious consumer of industry and consumer news as well as business media
- Policy knowledge or FDA experience is helpful but not required
Compensation Range: $189,000-$246,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
