About the Role

The Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator will help oversee and manage day-to-day updates across our Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and international platforms while assisting with the creation of marketing assets, content, and product support materials. You’ll collaborate closely with others on the marketing team, sales, operations, customer service, and leadership to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce Management

  • Update and optimize listings across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
  • Monitor content accuracy, imagery, variations, compliance flags, and customer reviews.
  • Support and monitor promotions such as coupons, deals, and seasonal sales events.
  • Pull and analyze weekly marketplace performance reports.
  • Assist with case management inside Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist in creating digital assets: social posts, email content, flyers, graphics, and short videos.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Support influencer outreach, UGC requests, and campaign execution.
  • Prepare sell-in decks, product sheets, and marketing materials for retailers and distributors.
  • Provide day-to-day support for product launches, including new models of soda makers and new drink syrup lines.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, CS, and International teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate sample shipments and marketing requests from global retail and distributor partners.
  • Participate in team meetings and bring forward insights from platform analytics.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center etc.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze basic data and performance metrics.

Preferred

  • Experience with photo/video editing and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.)
  • Exposure to SEO/keyword tagging and marketplace optimization.
  • Familiarity with third party e-commerce tools (i.e. Helium10, Jungle Scout etc.)
  • Prior experience with consumer products is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
