Job Summary
The Affiliate & Digital Marketing Lead will oversee the daily execution of our affiliate program, manage email marketing campaigns, and support organic social media initiatives. This is a hybrid role combining communication, organization, digital marketing strategy, and relationship-building.
You will work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to help increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program (Primary Focus)
- Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates, creators, and influencer partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all affiliate communications.
- Review and approve affiliate content before public release.
- Track affiliate performance, help attribute sales, and maintain reporting.
- Ensure affiliates follow posting/content requirements outlined in their agreements.
- Coordinate product shipments and internal requests for affiliates.
Email Marketing
- Plan and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, product announcements, and promotions.
- Build automation workflows for customer onboarding, product education, and re-engagement.
- Segment audiences and optimize deliverability, open rates, and click-through performance.
- Report on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Support (Organic Content)
- Collaborate with content and video teams to plan and post organic social media content.
- Assist with monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Write captions, engage with community comments, and support trend-based content ideas.
- Monitor social performance metrics and assist with monthly reporting.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working with creators, customers, and public-facing partners.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing programs.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Background in content creation or video production.
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
