Craftwork Design Co. www.craftworkdesignco.com is a fast-growing creative design agency that provides leading Creative Design, Product Development, Content Development and Ecommerce services for a growing portfolio of media, entertainment and consumer brands including 7ELEVEN, Aperol, Death & Co, CELSIUS, OLIPOP, Arrowhead Water, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and CHOMPS. Based in Huntington Beach, CA, we deliver brand promotion, consumer engagement, audience growth and increased ecommerce sales revenue for our partners through enterprise level brand monetization services.
We are seeking someone with a minimum of four years of social media management experience whose primary responsibilities will be developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with audiences, and support our partner brand objectives.
OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY
Specifically, the Social Media Manager will work with CFWK clients to manage the official social media accounts for our valued partner brands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with stellar time management skills who also has impeccable communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand marketing goals and brand identity.
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform to foster audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a positive community around the brand.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, follower growth) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including collaborations with influencers and coordinate with paid advertising efforts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
KEY SOCIAL MEDIA DELIVERABLES
- Check our Brand partner’s social media platforms at least twice a day (once in the AM and once in the PM), manage DMs, replies and comments.
- Create and post at least six (6) copy only posts per month during the Term on Twitter/X.
- Create and post at least eleven (11) posts per month during the Term across IG and FB.
- Create and post at least eight (8) posts per month during the Term on Tik Tok.
- Submit creative assets for client review and approval, up to two rounds of approval.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4+ years previous experience in social media management, strong familiarity with content creation and social media tools is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for crafting engaging content and interacting with the audience.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine strategies and improve performance
- Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
