Responsibilities

1. Paid Social & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging global social channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to key metrics including CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to enhance creative and content performance.
  • Manage influencer and UGC-based performance campaigns and analyze ROI and efficiency.
  • Build localization strategies based on cultural insights, trends, and user behaviors across the U.S. and Europe.

2. Data, Analytics & Experimentation

  • Build and analyze dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Work closely with Product and CRM teams to manage full-funnel metrics and ensure unified measurement.
  • Manage tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and operate budgets based on LTV, payback period, and retention metrics.
  • Lead hypothesis development, structured experimentation, and iterative testing.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
  • Partner with UI/UX and Design teams to improve creative effectiveness and content direction.
  • Share performance insights and recommendations with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive communication across global teams in a coordinated and organized manner.

4. Growth & Strategy

  • Develop performance strategies tailored to global target markets and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Diagnose funnel bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvement plans.
  • Operate with high ownership, autonomy, and execution speed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid social execution.
  • Direct experience managing TikTok Ads and Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, and other key metrics.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Sheets).
  • Experience running campaigns for global markets (U.S. and/or Europe).
  • Strong English communication skills for reporting, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience collaborating with CRM, Product, Data, or Design teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or rewards/fintech industries.
  • Experience running influencer or UGC-driven performance campaigns.
  • Understanding of server-side tagging or attribution models (last-click, DDA, MTA, etc.).
  • Creative direction and/or video content concepting experience (UGC, Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
  • Experience operating autonomously in startups or multinational teams.
  • Skills in Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Middletown, Delaware 19709
