Social Media & Content Manager (Beauty & Aesthetics)

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and highly creative Social Media Manager to be the voice and visual soul of our growing beauty ecosystem. In this role, you will report directly to the Brand Owner and manage the social presence for two distinct brands: our premium physical Skin Care Clinic and our expanding Online Product Brand.

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

You will own the content lifecycle from concept to posting. Your day-to-day will include:

1. End-to-End Content Creation

• Shoot & Edit: Capture high-quality video and photo content. You must be comfortable shooting, editing (CapCut/InShot/Premiere), adding voice-overs, and repurposing long-form content into engaging clips.
• Format Mastery: Create trending Reels, TikToks, Stories, and static images that fit the aesthetic of both the clinic and the product line.
• Collaboration: Work intimately with our internal team of estheticians to capture treatments and educational content, and coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials.

2. Creator & Influencer Management

• Outreach: Identify and recruit content creators and beauty influencers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with our creator network to ensure a steady stream of user-generated content (UGC).
• TikTok Focus: Leverage your connections and knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem to drive brand awareness.

3. Community & Strategy

• Scheduling: Manage and monitor social media calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across both brands.
• Engagement: Act as the face of the brand online. Manage all DMs, comments, and outreach messages with professionalism and warmth.

• Creative & Savvy: You know what’s trending now. You have a "good eye" for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Video Editing Pro: You can take raw footage and turn it into a dynamic Reel or TikTok quickly.
• Accountable & Communicative: You take ownership of your results and communicate clearly with the team.
• Beauty Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in skincare, beauty trends, and wellness.

Requirements

• Portfolio Required: You must provide links to a portfolio, previous brand work, or your own personal content channels (IG/TikTok) that demonstrate your editing and creative skills.
• Experience: Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Plus: Previous experience in the Beauty/Aesthetics industry.

The Offer & Structure

• Trial Period: This role begins with a 1-month Part-Time trial. We want to ensure we are a perfect match before committing to the long term.
• Full-Time Package: Successful completion of the trial leads to a full-time offer with a total package value of up to $50,000/year.
• Growth: Experience working with a highly-rated local clinic and new product developments.
