Strategic Account Manager (Gordon, GA)
ZCorum is adding to our Sales Staff and is currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Sales Professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in our office in Gordon, GA. The Inside Sales Representative is a key position in our company. In this position you will manage the sales process from start to finish that will include organized Product and Service Campaigns to further penetrate our existing customer base.
The successful Inside Sales Representative will:
- Become knowledgeable of ZCorum’s products, services and support resources.
- Work with Marketing to follow up and manage targeted campaigns using email and outbound call methodologies. Follow AIDA practices: Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action.
- Create and manage a lead list using ZCorum’s CRM tools.
- Determine influencers and decision-makers. Set up meetings.
- Perform PowerPoint overviews to current customers to further increase the products and services they contract from ZCorum. Lead web-based presentations and information
sessions for prospects regarding services and technologies delivered by ZCorum and its strategic partners.
- Become proficient in performing demos of our services, and/or work with content experts as needed.
- Be creative, determined and flexible in driving demand and moving sales through the pipeline.
- Track sales activity with daily and weekly call reports, sales forecasts, prospect analyses, and market analyses.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Sales Engineering, Network Engineering and Senior Management throughout the sales process. Work with Executives to close
new business.
- Be continuously engaged in learning about new developments and trends in the broadband industry.
- Lead product satisfaction discussions with customers and to further access needs
The successful Inside Sales Representative will also:
- Build strong business relationships based upon trust and providing value to the customer.
- Become a first level contact for all day-to-day issues and opportunities. Liaison between customers and other departments.
- Understand and report on issues that may affect the relationship with the ZCorum and our customers.
- Project Manage implementations of new services, including the development of Statements of Work.
The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:
- Prefer 3+ years experience and success in building, developing and prospecting in a business to business market, including lead generation, outbound calling, moving a client
through the consultative sales process and closing business.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Internet Broadband industry.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing a CRM software tool, such as Salesforce, SugarCRM or Hubspot.
- Proficiency in PC software applications for word processing, spreadsheets and presentation development.
The Inside Sales Representative compensation package includes a base salary with commission. The base salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The candidates should include base salary requirements along with a resume when applying for this position.
