What You Will Learn:

As the Manager of Social Media, you will be responsible for executing the organic social media and content strategy for SkinCeuticals. This role reports into the AVP of Brand Engagement and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and agencies to flawlessly execute our social media strategy, in line with shared brand goals. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge of the current, ever-changing social landscape and best-in-class tactics to grow SkinCeuticals social presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Help create innovative and engaging social strategy and content that assert the brand’s superiority and integrated skincare approach, highlighting our dermatologist, plastic surgeon, and skincare professional partner treatments with our clinically backed at-home skincare.
    • Manage creative agency partner to develop social media content that support the brand’s annual marketing calendar to drive engagement/engagement rate on key social channels amongst consumers and the professional community.
    • Work closely with Marketing team to create and maintain a content calendar for all social channels that align with brand’s key pillars.
    • Work closely with the global team to build Instagram and tiktok as a shared platform.
    • Seamlessly execute social media brand campaigns, partnerships and sweepstakes from start to finish.
    • Responsible for all daily posting, monitoring and engaging with our community across all SkinCeuticals branded platforms.
  • Analytics/Community Management:
    • Own and lead social media reporting, including data-driven reports to identify wins and opportunity areas for future content planning.
    • Perform social listening to monitor brand’s net sentiment. Identify relevant conversations and communities to engage with to increase favorability.
    • Take a data-driven approach to inform and activate overall social strategy to increase awareness and engagement.
    • Key liaison with Le Care for all community management needs day-to-day
    • Utilize TalkWalker for trends tracking to inform larger Marketing team of opportunities to create nimble social content based on rising and declining trends in products, ingredients, etc.
    • Understanding of LUSA dashboards and reporting for digital team meetings
  • UGC Testimonial Amplification:
    • Support brand’s overall UGC strategy to help showcase the efficacy and effectiveness of our products, through the lens of our professionals.
    • Manage creator agreements and internal processes for social media campaigns.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4-5 years of social media experience at a digital/social media agency or publication (with an emphasis on lifestyle, beauty and/or fashion brands).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a go-getter attitude to engage with consumers, influencers, and KOLs with the utmost positivity.
  • Experience reporting and analyzing social media KPI’s with familiarity of TalkWalker, Sprinklr, and/or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate complex team matrix.

  • Professional communication skills to work closely with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Extraordinary collaborative team spirit and clear communicator with internal teams (Digital, Brand Comms, Marketing, Global Team Counterparts, DMI, CDMO).
  • Superior Project Management Skills – you constantly have innovative ideas for how to make a situation or plan more efficient and successful.
  • Always signing up for newest social networks and discovering ways to engage in new channels and create timely, relevant content.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98,400-$140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
