Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Marketing & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting Aesthetic Beauty Lab’s brand through social media content creation, basic marketing tasks, and assisting with front desk operations. This role includes creating and posting content, engaging with followers, helping with influencer outreach, and ensuring a smooth client experience by answering calls, assisting with scheduling, and completing light daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medspa environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and post social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories).
• Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers.
• Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations.
• Take photos, edit content, and help update website materials.
• Answer phone calls, assist clients, and support front desk duties.
• Help with opening and closing tasks (tidying, restocking, light cleaning).

Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok).
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Previous marketing or front desk experience preferred.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
