Marketing Coordinator

Overview:

Marketing Coordinator role will actively manage and support Volvik’s marketing and advertising campaigns including social media, digital advertising, marketplace advertising, and traditional advertising. The position’s role would include creative conceptual development, tracking performance, and other active management. Candidates should demonstrate strong organization, communication skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Development and Management

o Copywriting and posting

o Depending on creative skill set, develop and/or modify content

· Campaign Support

o Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and advertising campaigns (digital, social, affiliate, marketplace, and licensing partnerships).

o Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and cross-channel marketing initiatives.

· Social Media

o Manage and schedule content across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

o Support paid social campaigns including audience targeting, basic optimization, and asset deployment.

o Monitor engagement and community feedback to maintain brand presence.

· Affiliate & Influencer Outreach

o Support outreach, communication, and coordination with influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners.

o Track deliverables, performance, and conversions across affiliate platforms.

o Assist in sourcing new creators aligned with brand goals.

· Email Marketing

o Support creation and deployment of email newsletters, automated flows, and seasonal campaigns.

o Help manage audience segments and track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).

• Website & E-Commerce Support
• Assist in updating product pages, collections, and promotional assets within Shopify.
• Support SEO efforts, merchandising updates, and landing page enhancements.
• Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

· Event Coordination

o Take part in company events (i.e. exhibitions, tournaments) and support distributor partners efforts

· Market Research

o Understand and conduct research on customer needs, market trends and positions

· Data and Reporting

o Analyze campaign performance and advertising metrics across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopify.

o Prepare regular marketing reports and insights to guide optimization.

· Partner and Team Coordination

o Work with Internal teams (including sales) and Partner Vendors to support their marketing needs

o Ensure alignment and timely delivery of assets, product info, and promotional materials.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Education Marketing, Communications, Content, Design Development or Related Field

Experience

· Experience in marketing, advertising, content creation/design, or digital media preferred.

· Shopify knowledge is a plus but not required.

Skills

· Excellent Writing, Editing, and Communications Skills

· Strong Organizational and Project Management Abilities

· Proficiency with major social media and digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).

· Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).

· Familiarity with Marketing Analytics a plus

· Ability to create or edit design files (Adobe, Canva, or similar) is a plus.

· Creativity and Attention to Detail

· Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines

· Strong desire to learn new skills and grow within the role; willingness to become fluent in Shopify, paid media, analytics, and emerging platforms.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
