PURE MANAGEMENT is a rapidly growing creator agency specializing in viral Instagram/TikTok content, skits, lifestyle videos, and digital marketing for models and influencers.
We are hiring an Experienced Content Creator / Skit Producer who can film, direct, post, and help produce high-performing model content. You must have prior experience AND proven results.
What You’ll Do
- Produce high-quality skits, reels, and short-form videos
- Film all content during shoots (phone or camera—equipment can be provided)
- Help all around with model content — directing, posing, filming, brainstorming
- Direct models on set to capture strong performance, pacing, and energy
- Create viral content concepts and new marketing angles
- Assist with writing short scripts and structuring skits
- Set up basic lighting, framing, and production flow during shoots
- Capture behind-the-scenes clips to boost engagement
- Posting content may be required on Instagram/TikTok for timing or strategy
- Help develop creative marketing approaches and content funnels
Requirements (Must Have Experience + Proven Results)
You MUST have:
- Experience filming short-form content for IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
- Proven results — content that performed well, grew pages, or went viral
- Experience directing or assisting models/creators during shoots
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, lighting, and trending formats
- Ability to create ideas quickly and adapt to new trends
- Good communication and positive teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation in the Houston area
- Flexible availability (afternoons/evenings/weekends)
