Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Marketing Specialist / Social Media & Brand Manager to own our digital presence and help position NextMatch AI as the go-to hiring solution for employers and job seekers.
You will plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, and content, while shaping the visual and verbal identity of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and run campaigns that attract both employers (B2B) and job seekers (B2C).
- Create and manage content: posts, short-form videos, carousels, blogs, newsletters, and landing page copy.
- Collaborate with product and sales to turn new features, case studies, and success stories into marketing assets.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals.
- Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, signups) and optimize campaigns.
- Work with designers / agencies as needed on creative assets and ads.
- Support growth experiments (paid ads, referral programs, partnerships, influencers).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand/communications.
- Strong copywriting skills and comfort creating short-form content and social-first ideas.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand (preferably SaaS, tech, or HR tech).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta/LinkedIn insights, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- Great eye for design and understanding of what performs well on social media.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS or platforms with both employer and consumer audiences.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
