We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help grow STUCK SOAP’s digital presence. This role focuses on creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social channels, and building strong community relationships. You will support content planning, posting, and performance monitoring across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. If you love storytelling, brand aesthetics, and staying on top of social trends, this role is perfect for you.
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content (images, short videos, reels, captions).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Manage posting calendars and ensure timely uploads.
- Monitor comments, messages, and tags to engage with the community.
- Track basic analytics and provide performance insights (reach, engagement, growth).
- Collaborate with the design/marketing team for brand-aligned content.
- Stay updated with social media trends to produce relevant and high-performing content.
- Assist with influencer outreach and UGC coordination when needed.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe preferred).
- Ability to write clean, engaging captions tailored to the audience.
- Understanding of social media trends and algorithm basics.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and maintain posting consistency.
- Experience with e-commerce or product-based brands is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
