Role Description

The Content Influencer will be responsible for creating, managing, and amplifying impactful content across social media platforms to strengthen Harambee’s online presence.

Key responsibilities include crafting and publishing high-quality content, collaborating with internal teams to promote organizational goals, developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize campaigns. The role will also include working on public relations initiatives to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively engage with audiences and represent the organization.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including managing campaigns and online platforms.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies for promoting initiatives and partnerships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with metrics analysis tools and creative content development is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to the mission and values of Harambee Academy.
